Delivery

We deliver across mainland Britain. Every superwild plan includes free tracked delivery — there is no minimum spend and no delivery charge, ever.

Bags are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order or renewal date, and typically arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

FreshDry is shelf-stable, so there is no cold chain and nothing to rush indoors — your bag can safely be left in a safe place if you are out. One bag is a month of food for your dog.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@trysuperwild.com and we will send a replacement or refund it in full.
