Delivery

 

We deliver across mainland Britain. Every Wild plan includes free tracked delivery — there is no minimum spend and no delivery charge, ever.

 

Boxes are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order or renewal date, and typically arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your box ships.

 

FreshDry boxes are shelf-stable and safe to be left in a safe place if you are out. Fresh boxes are packed in insulated, recyclable packaging and stay cold for up to 48 hours in transit.

 

If your box has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@stephenhq.com and we will send a replacement or refund the box in full.
